DETOX
When to look for detox recipe... these are what i got... quite interesting..
Chop about 4 tablespoons of parsley and steep in boiling water (covered) for at least 10-15 minutes. Parsley is a fabulous diuretic and is extremely healthy for the body during detoxification! Hope this helps.
Warm water, 2 tbsp. real lemon juice, a pinch of cheyenne pepper, 1 tbsp maple syrup. Cleans the liver & kidneys out.

Chocolates, sweets, tea ,coffee and sugar free products are not allow during detoxifying... they cause water retention...
meats are reccommended to be replace with fish... WHICH I WILL NOT DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
milk cheese egg... dairy products should be avoided... OMG!!!!!!!!!
